When it comes to getting your home ready for sale, staging is an important aspect. It’s not necessary to stage every home and every space, however.
One of the big factors we look at is the space itself. Is it a space where we need to add a bed or a piece of furniture to show prospective buyers how they can align things in the room? Or is it a big space where you can pretty much get the idea that any piece of furniture will fit there?
One big thing that everyone can do when staging their home is declutter. Put personal items and extra clutter in boxes and get them out of there. From that point, we can do a lot of little things (such as replacing jumbo TVs with flat screens) that can tweak a home to really make it shine.
